CONGRATS TO EMILY BRADY (13)!

July 21st, 2013 (finale date)
Centennial Middle School's Emily Brady fought her way to the
top in this year's Portland Teen Idol Finale said the judges
Michael Allen Harrison, Mac Potts, Natasha Neuschwander
and Amy Roloff after 3 hours of competition.

Nicole Leduc from Lake Oswego Middle School came in 2nd
place, Laurelhurst Middle School student
Emilee Brnusak came
in third, followed closely behind by recent LaSalle grad
Harrison
Smith
and David Curtis from Liberty High.  After required
adjustments due to tour performances,
David was promoted into
4th place and
Kendra Jankans was moved into 5th.

Klugman, John Ren, Carly Seedall, Angel Shiree, Brielle
Simpson, Harrison Smith**, Aesha Sohler
and Katrina Tabor.

Daniel Nouynai-Herrera
swoops in and after competing in both
English and Spanish, walked away with top honors for the
Spanish Program.  Only a week later, started his tour on July 5th
with our 2012 Spanish Winner performing for the a Spanish only
Movies in the Parks performance.

All 16 students went on the Statewide Tour.

** Placement originally is determined by the finale results. If a student leaves the tour, does not fulfill their obligations
or are terminated for any reason, we re-rank students based the adjustment if needed.  For Season 7 2013 -
Harrison Smith due to reasons beyond his control, was not able to go on tour.  Rather then disqualifying him, we
updated his position from 4th place to Finalist and promoted 5th Place into 4th and 6th into 5th place for the records.
