Basic Qualifications

*Must attend Middle School or High School
(Home schooled / pre-college students under 18)
*Live within 25-35 miles of Portland area
(SW Washington and other cities OK)
*Must be between 13 and 19 as of April 1st
*No professional vocalists or comedians
